Stand-up comedy is a very popular form of humor in English. Listening to stand-up comedians, I not only feel happy but also learn new words and sentence structures.For example, one day, a friend and I were chatting about the differences between Chinese and Western culture. I was very surprised by this statement and immediately looked it up. It turned out that there was such a word "wash the dishes" in English, which means to do housework, but it was not very common.
