With a vast repository of books, periodicals, newspapers, videos, and original resources, Superstar Learning Platform offers students a comprehensive one-stop learning and working environment.Despite the widespread use of Superstar Learning Platform, there remains a gap in understanding the factors influencing students' satisfaction with this platform. As educators, we recognize the importance of ensuring students' positive experiences with educational technologies, which can significantly impact their overall learning outcomes and engagement. Therefore, the primary objective of this study is to explore and analyze the factors that affect students' satisfaction with the Superstar Learning Platform within the context of Beihai Vocational College.For this study, we have selected 200 students from the Faculty of Education at Beihai Vocational College, comprising both freshmen and sophomores, who will be studying preschool education courses in 2023. These students have been actively using the Superstar Learning Platform during their college journey. The research will adopt a quantitative study methodology, utilizing a questionnaire with 18 closed-item questions. The Likert scale from 1 to 5 will be employed to measure students' responses, capturing their perspectives on various aspects of the platform, including system quality, information quality, interaction, and perceived usefulness. By employing a quantitative approach, we aim to examine and determine the impact of system quality, information quality, interaction, and perceived usefulness on students' satisfaction with using the Superstar Learning Platform. Through accurate statistical procedures and analysis, we intend to gain valuable insights into the platform's effectiveness and identify areas for potential improvement.The findings of this research will contribute significantly to the growing body of knowledge concerning students' satisfaction with learning platforms and educational technologies. Moreover, the results will inform educational institutions, administrators, and educators about the factors that influence students' experiences with Superstar Learning Platform and provide valuable implications for enhancing the platform's usability and overall educational effectiveness.this study addresses an essential aspect of modern education and technological advancements by shedding light on students' satisfaction with the Superstar Learning Platform. By understanding the factors affecting their experiences, we hope to contribute positively to the improvement of learning platforms and, ultimately, to the enhancement of the overall learning environment at Beihai Vocational College.3.Technology Information: The technology being studied in this research is the Chaoxing Learning Platform.
