At first, I found it difficult to understand some professional knowledge, such as the selection of materials and the design of ejection systems. However, after discussion and communication with my supervisor and other colleagues, I gradually mastered these knowledge. MachiningMachining is an important link in mold manufacturing. It requires high accuracy and strict quality requirements. The processing quality directly affects the performance and service life of the mold.In the machining process, I mainly participated in the operation of CNC machines. According to the mold design drawing, I loaded the materials, set the cutting parameters, and operated the machine. Although I did not understand the machining process very well at first, I gradually mastered it through practice and communication with my colleagues. AssemblyAfter machining, it is necessary to assemble all parts of the mold. The assembly process requires strict precision and careful operation to ensure the accuracy and stability of the mold.In the assembly process, my main task was to assist the technician in installing and tightening the various parts of the mold. I also helped to check whether there were gaps or dislocations between different parts, and fed back problems to the machining department for processing or repair in time. Through this process, I learned how to assemble and adjust molds. DebuggingAfter the assembly is completed, it is necessary to test and debug the mold.
